The Smithfield office runs on the manifest — bins stocked, bays counted, orders pulled. A line that isn't on the manifest isn't shipped; it's just a pallet without a label.
Delivery runs under the same rule — manifests filed, bins stocked, orders handed over. The floor and the record keep the same count.
